ENERGY EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT
An energy efficiency assessment is required on all new houses, units and most domestic additions, to comply with the National Construction Code. An energy efficiency assessment provides a star rating of the homes energy and must meet a minimum of six stars. By achieving at least six stars, a home is considered comfortable for occupation whilst using little to no energy.
Our trained and accredited Energy Assessors use BERS software to generate reports compliant with Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme.
